Ar-Ra'd, The Thunder

The thirteenth surah of the Qur'an, 43 ayahs, revealed in Madinah. It is named after the thunder that glorifies Allah with praise in ayah 13.

Thunderclouds and lightning over a valley, where the torrent carries its foam past the palms (13:12–17)

Those who have believed and whose hearts are assured by the remembrance of Allah. Truly, by the remembrance of Allah hearts are assured. (13:28)
